• The lab or institution where you work and your current role.
   

• Your overarching biological hypothesis or question(s).
   

• How you believe the microscopes at the AIC can help you address your question(s). If you are unsure which instrument is appropriate for your project, please mention this in your email.
   

• Any imaging challenges you are currently facing.
