Model-Free Quantification and Visualization of Colocalization in Fluorescence Images
Molecular interactions do not always adhere to a linear relationship, yet commonly used colocalization indices operate under the assumption that they do. In this paper, the AIC develops a novel method to analyze colocalization in a model-free approach. (Read more)
